Altitude: ≤1000 m   Operating environment: Inside a ship’s hold

II. Product Principle
The air-to-water cooler consists of a housing, a centrifugal fan, a heat exchange core, an air inlet assembly, and other components.
Its operating principle is as follows: The centrifugal fan uses a motor to rotate the impeller, drawing high-temperature gas through the air inlet. The fan then directs the high-temperature gas radially toward the water-cooled heat exchange core. As the high-temperature gas flows over the surface of the heat exchange core, heat is transferred through the walls of the core’s multiple metal tubes to the cooling water inside the tubes. The heat from the high-temperature gas is rapidly absorbed, lowering the gas temperature, and the gas is ultimately discharged through the air outlet. After absorbing heat, the cooling water is cooled via a circulation system and then re-enters the water-cooled heat exchanger core to continue the heat exchange, forming a closed-loop circulation system.

The cooler uses a centrifugal fan to draw in high-temperature gas streams for heat exchange with the water-cooled heat exchanger core, thereby cooling the high-temperature gas.
1. Fins are available in aluminum, copper, or stainless steel; water tubes are available in aluminum, copper, or stainless steel to meet heat exchange and leak-proofing requirements across various industries. For applications requiring high reliability and safety, such as in the marine sector, a double-tube solution is available.
2. Cooling medium: Fresh water
3. Heat exchange capacity: ≤200 kW
4. Corrosion resistance rating: C3/C4/C5
5. Certification: CCS
