Electric adiustable louver
An electric louver is an automated ventilation control device that uses an actuator to raise and lower the louvers. Its core structure consists of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, reversible louver blades, and an electric actuator. In the offshore wind power sector, it is primarily used in the heat exchange stage of nacelle ventilation systems.

II. Product Principle
1. The product is lightweight and highly flexible, utilizing multi-axis synchronous control technology to achieve precise adjustment of the valve plate angle (continuously adjustable from 0° to 90°).
2. It employs non-mechanical seals for superior sealing performance. Its unique design eliminates safety hazards associated with linkages in external salt fog environments, enhancing reliability. The corrosion-resistant design withstands salt fog corrosion (meeting the ISO 9227 NSS 1440-hour test requirements). The device uses a motor to drive a linkage mechanism that controls the synchronized opening and closing of multiple louver blades. It features an IP65 or higher protection rating and can withstand ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C.
3. It can be controlled in conjunction with a PLC system. When the internal fan is activated for cooling, the electric louvers open automatically; when the fan is turned off, they close simultaneously. This effectively resolves electrical equipment failures caused by high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-salinity marine environments. Typical applications include moisture- and rain-proof louvers in offshore wind turbine nacelles; their structure can withstand strong winds and heavy rain, making them one of the key components of offshore wind power equipment.
