II. Product Principle
The WQBY006 protective enclosure consists of an aluminum profile frame, a housing, a rainwater separator, and sealing gaskets. It features a simple structure with air intake on three sides, offering low intake resistance even at high airflow rates. It is primarily designed to block rainwater and dust, preventing damage to internal electrical components.
1. This protective enclosure employs a double-curvature blade design. By controlling the unsteady flow field, it forcibly alters the airflow path into a multi-stage vortex channel. Utilizing the boundary layer separation effect, sand and dust particles, rain, and snow fall onto the outer surface after inertial collision and are automatically carried into the drainage channel to be discharged outward.
2. Internal gaps are fitted with EPDM foam gaskets to ensure airtightness. This design meets the IP65 protection rating requirements for aircraft cabin ventilation equipment, with salt spray corrosion resistance meeting C5-H standards, and is capable of withstanding extreme gust loads.
