I. Singapore: A Fusion of Urban Vitality and Multiculturalism
As an international metropolis renowned for its clean, efficient urban landscape and diverse, inclusive cultural atmosphere, Singapore served as the first stop of the team-building trip. Together, the group visited Gardens by the Bay, experiencing the fusion of nature and technology amidst the Supertrees and the Flower Dome; strolled through Merlion Park to capture memories of the city’s iconic landmarks; visited Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam to immerse themselves in the collision and coexistence of Chinese, Malay, and Indian cultures.

During team-building activities on Sentosa Island, colleagues who typically focus on precision manufacturing worked in groups to complete tasks such as orienteering challenges and beach games, breaking down departmental barriers and building closer relationships amid laughter and joy. In the evening, everyone boarded a boat for a night cruise along Marina Bay, chatting freely about work and life amidst the dazzling night scenery, allowing team chemistry to quietly deepen in a relaxed atmosphere.

The second stop of the team-building trip took the group to Malaysia, where they visited Kuala Lumpur and Malacca. In Kuala Lumpur, the group ascended the Petronas Twin Towers to overlook the bustling cityscape, wandered through the Jalan Alor Night Market, and sampled authentic local delicacies like satay and laksa, immersing themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Malaysian street life.

The tour of Malacca’s historic city was steeped in history: strolling past the Dutch Red House and Jonker Street, the team listened to tales of colonial rule and trade in the region; and took a boat tour along the Malacca River to admire the scenery where colonial architecture and traditional homes complement each other. During the nature exploration segment, the team ventured into the tropical rainforest to experience hiking and ecological observation. Through mutual support and shared challenges, they further honed the team spirit of “Uniting as One, Striving for Excellence.”
