Among them, the external shell includes the cylinder, water distribution cover and water return cover, which is equipped with oil inlet pipe, oil outlet pipe, inlet pipe, outlet pipe, with oil drainage, drainage, exhaust plugs, zinc rod mounting holes even thermometer interface and so on. The cooler body includes cooler tube, fixed hole disc, moving hole disc, folding plate and so on. Both ends of the cooler tube is connected with fixed and movable hole disc, fixed hole disc and outer body flange connection, movable hole disc can be free to expand and contract within the body to eliminate the temperature of the cooler tube due to thermal expansion and contraction of the impact. Folding plate can play a role in strengthening heat transfer and support the role of the cooler tube.

The cooler medium is a double pipe flow, that is, the cooler medium from the inlet through the water distribution cover into half of the cooler tube, and then from the water return cover into the other half of the cooler tube, into the other side of the water distribution cover and the outlet pipe.
