Noise reduction fan

Two noise reduction solutions: one is to add a muffler on the inlet/outlet sideof the existing equipment, which is limited by the installation space and haslimited noise reduction effect; Another approach is to replacend redesign the existing equipment as a whole, analyze the noise spectrum, design the muffler structure in a targeted manner, and optimize the aerodynamic design of the fan to achieve comprehensive noise reduction. It can achieve a noise reduction effect of 5-15dB.

Removal of harmful gases

The seawater and mud inside the single pile foundation at sea contain sulfate reducing bacteria, which produce H2S under anaerobic conditions and suitable temperatures; The high-voltage ring main unit built into the bottom of the wind turbine tower adopts SF6 arc extinguishing, which poses a risk of sulfur hexafluoride leakage; The equipment for removing harmful gases effectively eliminates SF6 (sulfur hexafluoride) and H2S hydrogen sulfide gas from the space; Ensure the safe operation of maintenance per- sonnel inside the tower.
